Friends of James Beard Dinner at Chatham Bars Inn Farm

Join us Saturday September 20th as we host a Friends of James Beard Dinner at Chatham Bars Inn Farm, featuring a breathtaking location, guest chefs and a spectacular four-course dinner. The evening will highlight the talents of Chef Robert Sisca, Chef Michael Scelfo, Chatham Bars Inn’s Executive Chef Andrew Chadwick and Executive Pastry Chef Brennan Froeschner. Each course will be prepared by a different chef, showcasing their unique style and culinary expertise, with wine pairings curated by Steven Rosario and Justen Nickell’s Hudson Chatham Winery.

The evening will begin with an interactive welcome reception with the chefs in the fields from 5pm to 6pm, followed by a four-course plated dinner at communal tables in the glass greenhouse from 6pm to 9pm. Tickets are $285 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity. Guests must be 21+. Menu to follow. Tickets are available through Eventbrite, standard fees apply.

Chef Robert Sisca

Robert Sisca is an award-winning American chef and restaurateur. A New York native, he graduated from Johnson & Wales University before returning home to hone his craft at three-Michelin-starred Le Bernardin. In 2009, he relocated to New England, where he has since opened restaurants across Boston, Nantucket, Martha’s Vineyard, and Providence.
