In 2020, amidst global uncertainty, husbands Justen Nickell and Steven Rosario embraced a lifelong dream—reviving a small winery in New York’s Hudson Valley. What began during quarantine quickly evolved into a mission: to grow wine with integrity, intention, and deep respect for the land.

Today, they steward the vineyard with a fully regenerative, biodynamic approach, focusing on resilient hybrid grapes that reflect the region’s unique terroir. Over 4,500 new vines have been planted—symbols of hope, renewal, and community. In the cellar, they practice minimal-intervention winemaking, letting each vintage tell the story of its season. Their wines are honest, expressive, and deeply rooted in place.
