Boating season is officially here, and we’re celebrating with a special Chatham Bars Inn Boating Photo Contest!
From May 21 to June 4, we invite you to share your favorite boating memories captured over the years aboard any of our boats. Whether it’s a peaceful sunset sail, a fun family outing, or a candid moment with friends, we want to see the joy and adventure you’ve experienced on the water.
One lucky winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and announced on June 9. The grand prize? A memorable getaway to Chatham Bars Inn, including two complimentary nights, two breakfasts, and an unforgettable boating excursion. Be sure to follow all contest rules — and most importantly, show us your smiling faces and the magic of time spent on the water!
Official Rules
Consent: By submitting your photo and video, you certify that you own the rights to the image(s) and grant Chatham Bars Inn the non-exclusive right to use your entry for promotional purposes in all media, without compensation.
Eligibility: Must be 21 years of age or older to enter.
Entry Period: Entries will be accepted May 21, 2025 8:00am EST to June 4, 2025 11:59pm EST.
How to Enter: Complete the online submission form on the Chatham Bars Inn website including your name, email address and agreement with contest terms and conditions. Use form to upload up to three images per entry. Multiple entries are welcome and each entry will be considered for the random draw of the contest prize. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Entry Requirements: Images must be original and not infringing on any copyrights, content must be appropriate and usage of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is not permitted.
Judging Criteria: The winner will be chosen at random using a random selection generator.
Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will be chosen randomly on Tuesday June 8, 2025 at 9:00am EST and will be announced on social media at that time. The winner will be contacted via the email address on the entry form and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize or an alternate winner will be selected.
Prize Details: Prize is two nights luxury accommodations in one room for up to 4 people (2 beds) based on availability. Blackout dates apply. Two breakfasts for up to 4 people. One boating excursion chosen by the Boat Captain for up to 4 people (weather dependent).
Usage Rights: All entrants give full permission to use submitted photos for promotional purposes with no compensation.
General Conditions: Entrants release Chatham Bars Inn of liability. Chatham Bars Inn retains rights to use photos promotionally.
