Kids Crew Programs
Our award-winning children’s programs will make each child’s visit to Chatham Bars Inn unforgettable! Kids Crew is seasonal and will return from June 23 through Sept 1, 2025.
Complimentary sessions are offered for children ages 4 - 12 daily from 10am - 12pm and 1pm - 3pm.
The paid Night Owls sessions are 5pm - 8pm including dinner for $80 per child. All children ages 4-12 are welcome to join.
This year we are offering a drop off movie night for children! Drop off your kids from 8pm - 10pm to enjoy a fun supervised movie night including popcorn for $50 per child.
Activities are innovative with an emphasis on local fun! With safety as a primary concern, all counselors are experienced and certified in CPR and first aid. For Kids Crew activities, please register in advance with Concierge and please note all children must be potty trained to participate.

Monday, June 23rd
Morning Session: Playground Adventure
Join us for a playful outing at the local playground where kids can swing, slide, climb, and explore.
Afternoon Session: Fire Station Fun
We’re headed to the local fire station for an exciting behind-the scenes tour. Children will meet our very own Chatham firefighters and have the opportunity to go inside the firetrucks.
Please Note: This activity is dependent on Fire Station availability.
Night Owls: Chatham Keepsake: Beach in a Jar
Bring the magic of the beach home with you. In this fun, hands-on activity, kids will create their very own “Beach in a Jar” – a special keepsake to remember their time in Chatham.
Tuesday, June 24th
Morning Session: Boat Ride to North Beach
Join us for a boat ride to North Beach Island where kids can look for seashells, sand dollars, and other treasures.
Afternoon Session: Sandcastle Building Contest
Get ready to dig, scoop and sculpt! Join us for a fun-filled Sandcastle Building Contest where kids will have the chance to showcase their creativity, teamwork, and imagination.
Night Owls: Scavenger Hunt
Calling all explorers! Get ready for a thrilling Scavenger Hunt where kids will search high and low for various objects around Chatham Bars Inn.
Wednesday, June 25th
Morning Session: Chatham Anglers Youth Baseball Clinic & Playground Adventure
Step up to the plate for an unforgettable morning on baseball. Children are invited to join us for a clinic led by our very own Chatham Anglers baseball players at Veterans Field. Players will share tips, techniques, and inspiration straight from the Cape Cod Baseball League. Children will also have the chance to swing, slide, and climb at Veterans Field playground if they do not wish to participate in baseball.
*We encourage all children to bring their own gloves as a limited supply will be available.
Afternoon Session: Treasure Hunt
Ahoy Matey! Our Chatham Bars Inn treasure hunt is packed with clues, challenges, and loads of fun. Kids will follow a trail of clues to uncover the hidden treasure.
Night Owls: Nintendo Night
Kids will dive into a world of adventure with a mix of activities inspired by their favorite Nintendo games. Fun activities include Nintendo Bingo, a Coin Dash where kids will collect the most coins scattered around Bayberry Bluff & compete in a Mario Cart tournament.
Thursday, June 26th
Morning Session: Science Experiments
Calling all young scientists! Get ready to mix, build, and explore in a fun-filled session of hands-on science experiments where kids will have the chance to make their very own lava lamps.
Afternoon Session: Newcomb on the Beach
Let’s hit the sand for a fun game of Newcomb – a perfect beach activity for kids. This exciting, easy-to-learn game is just like volleyball, but instead of hitting the ball, players catch and throw it over the net!
Night Owls: Superhero Training Camp
It’s time to suit up and discover your inner superpowers at our Superhero Training Camp, a fun-filled adventure where kids become superheroes for the evening!

Afternoon Session: Dino Dig
Grab your tools and get ready to dig into the past! Join us for Dino Dig where young paleontologists will uncover plastic dinosaurs buried deep within the sand.
Night Owls: Build Your Own Stuffed Animal
Get ready for a heartwarming, hands-on experience where kids bring their very own cuddly friend to life! Each child will stuff, fluff, and personalize a plush buddy to take home and treasure.
Saturday, June 28th
Morning Session: Bug Safari
Grab your magnifying glass – it’s time for a Bug Safari! This exciting outdoor adventure will allow kids to search for plastic bugs hidden around Alden/Eldredge and even have the chance to find critters in their natural habitat.
Afternoon Session: Fire Station Fun

Join us for a fun-filled afternoon where kids can decorate their very own patriotic pinwheel and enjoy a delicious snow cone in red, white, and blue style.
Night Owls: Glow Stick Extravaganza & 4th of July Bingo
