The experience is both grounding and energizing, supporting strength, ease, and clarity as the season shifts toward renewal.

Foundations of Strength

Through controlled, intentional exercises, participants rebuild strength while improving stability and coordination. Suitable for all levels, this session emphasizes sustainable strength and confident movement.

Fuel the Movement You Want
Led by personal trainer and yoga instructor Nicole Harrison and nurse coach Bethany Emmel, this panel-style discussion explores the relationship between movement and nutrition as the body transitions into spring. Through light movement and practical nutrition guidance, participants gain insight into how fueling choices support energy, strength, and recovery, promoting more sustainable and supported movement. The final portion of the class will focus on goal setting, applying what you’ve learned throughout the session.

Spring Planting Class
Join Chatham Bars Inn's Farm Manager, Shane Chambers for a hands-on workshop in the art of seasonal renewal. Learn the mindful practice of starting cool-season crops—like kale, peas, and crisp lettuces—from seed to sprout. We’ll explore the essentials of soil health, watering rituals, and the perfect timing for spring transplanting. Guests will depart with their own hand-planted seeds, ready to thrive at home.

A Mindful Journey by the Sea
Join Jennifer Lesnick, Director of Activities at Chatham Bars Inn on a guided Mindfulness Meditation Walk. Starting on the Veranda with gentle stretching, guests continue in silent meditation along the private beach toward the Chatham Fish Pier. The experience concludes with a peaceful meditation, inviting calm, clarity, and connection amid Cape Cod’s coastal beauty.

Spring Floral Arranging
Join Chatham Bars Inn’s Fine Gardener, Pamela Vasques, for a hands-on workshop where you’ll learn to create a beautiful floral arrangement featuring spring flowers including tulips and hydrangeas.
