Join us for a rejuvenating weekend designed to support your mind, body, and overall well-being. Throughout the retreat, our instructors will guide you through thoughtful movement, grounding practices, and calming meditation sessions that create space for stillness, clarity, and renewal.
By engaging in a blend of fitness classes, gentle flow, mindfulness, and sound healing, you'll experience a holistic approach to wellness that nurtures physical strength, mental clarity, and emotional balance.
The Wellness Weekend includes 2 nights’ accommodation, a welcome reception, all workshops, classes and activities, 20% savings on all spa services and spa boutique purchases.
Wellness Weekend rates are starting from $429 per night based on double occupancy (plus tax).
*In addition to our guest rooms, we also have three 4-bedroom homes which may be reserved for this weekend getaway. For pricing and additional details, please contact our reservations team.
*Spa appointments should be booked in advance to guarantee service availability. For your comfort at the Spa, use of amenities such as steam, sauna, and hot tub will be for guests with appointments.
