Food & Wine Weekend Package
The Food & Wine Weekend package includes 2 nights’ accommodation, a 187ml Moët amenity in your room, access to the Welcome Reception in the South Lounge, the Clicquot in the Snow Brunch in STARS, the Champagne Master Class in the Garden Suite, and the Joseph Phelps Wine Dinner. This package is designed to offer a complete taste of the weekend’s curated wine and culinary experiences.
VIP Package
For the ultimate indulgence, the VIP Package includes 2 nights’ accommodation, a 187ml Moët amenity in your room, the Welcome Reception in the South Lounge, the VIP Dom Pérignon Dinner in the Wine Cellar, the Clicquot in the Snow Brunch in STARS the Champagne Master Class in the Garden Suite, and the Joseph Phelps Wine Dinner. This all-inclusive package provides an unparalleled luxury food and wine experience.
Please note: Reserving a weekend package is the only way to guarantee a seat at these high-profile dining events. Based on availability, individual event tickets may become available at a later date for the Cliquot in the Snow Brunch, the Joseph Phelps dinner and the Dom Pérignon Dinner.

VIP Dom Pérignon Dinner – Wine Cellar 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
For the ultimate luxury experience, delight in an intimate wine cellar dinner featuring a guided tasting of distinguished Dom Pérignon vintages — from the 2015 vintage to the rare P2 — paired with refined chocolate from Three Fins Chocolate.

Saturday, February 28
Clicquot in the Snow Brunch – STARS 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Celebrate winter with a Veuve Clicquot-infused brunch party set against a snow-covered coastal backdrop. Enjoy champagne cocktails, live DJ vibes, local artisan pop-up shops, and a chic winter-themed photo booth.
Champagne Master Class – Garden Suite
3:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Explore the world of sparkling wines in an engaging Master Class where you’ll learn how Champagne is made and discover the differences between Champagne, Prosecco, Cava, and other sparkling styles.
Joseph Phelps Wine Dinner - STARS 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Join us for an exclusive evening featuring a multi-course dinner paired with exceptional and never before released Joseph Phelps wines. The winemaker will lead guests through each pairing, sharing insights into vineyard practices, blending decisions, and the craftsmanship behind signature wines like Insignia. Enjoy an intimate, elegant experience that brings the heart of Napa Valley to your table.
