Total Body Workout Class

Complimentary and open only to guests of the Inn and Members.
The workout consists of functionally sound movement training, strength training and conditioning with a strong focus on proper technique. The workout starts with a warm up, becomes progressively more challenging, and ends with a light cool down and stretching. It is geared to all levels of fitness and modifications are offered for every exercise.
