New Year’s Eve Party & New Year’s Day Brunch

Welcome 2026 in the splendor of Chatham Bars Inn! 

On New Year's Eve enjoy this glamorous occasion Great Gatsby Style with an open well bar, mocktails, stations-style dinner featuring oysters, chilled lobster, domestic and imported cheeses, beef strip loin, lobster flambé, roasted winter squash salad, cherries jubilee, Cointreau chocolate financier and much more. The evening celebration will include casino tables with live croupiers and dealers, a champagne toast, fireworks, a dance party and late-night snacks and desserts. We are offering individual tickets as well as a special package which includes two nights' accommodations and two tickets to the New Year's Eve Party.  On the following morning start the new year off right with our delicious New Year's Day Brunch at STARS.
