Run for the Roses - A Kentucky Derby Celebration

Join us Saturday, May 2nd for an unforgettable experience as we celebrate the "Run for the Roses" with a high-energy Kentucky Derby celebration at the Beach House Grill. Explore the storied traditions of Churchill Downs right here on the coast, featuring the timeless elegance of Woodford Reserve, a live DJ, and an afternoon of spirited competition. Whether you are vying for the title in our over-the-top Hat Parade, selecting your winner at the "Pick Your Pony" wall, posing for photos at the Rose Wall with decorative barrels, or admiring our signature horseshoe ice sculpture and fresh red roses, this immersive viewing party will deepen your appreciation for the pageantry of the world’s most famous race.

Run for the Roses is held on Saturday from 5:00pm to 8:00pm and is open to the public as well as guests of the Inn. Tickets are $95 per person, inclusive of a welcome Woodford Mint Julep served in a branded julep cup, one additional drink ticket, passed Southern-inspired bites, and entry into our contests with a variety of premium swag giveaways. Reservations must be made in advance through Eventbrite. Standard Eventbrite fee applies.

Cancellations received 72 hours or more in advance will incur no charge. For cancellations received 48 – 72 hours in advance, there will be a 50% charge per person. And for cancellations received less than 48 hours in advance, there will be a charge of 100% per person.
