Chatham Bars Inn Etesia Gin

We are excited to introduce our own custom Etesia Gin, crafted and bottled exclusively by Don Ciccio & Figli in Washington D.C.  Available exclusively at the Inn, the botanical blend of juniper and fresh Italian citrus in this gin is perfect for a day on the shores of Cape Cod! We crafted this gin to be versatile in any cocktail from a Gin Ricky to a Negroni and pairs beautifully with our Chatham oysters. We even procured our own sea salt from the waters just off our beach to use when diluting the gin off the still giving it a subtle yet unique salinity.
