We’re thrilled to unveil two exclusive beers that celebrate the essence of Cape Cod—crafted in partnership with two of Massachusetts’ finest breweries and inspired by our scenic surroundings here at Chatham Bars Inn.

Shore Road IPA

Brewed exclusively for Chatham Bars Inn in collaboration with Trillium Brewing Company, Shore Road IPA is a crisp, refreshing India Pale Ale inspired by the iconic coastal road that runs alongside our property. Named after this scenic stretch, the IPA captures the character of summer on Cape Cod with notes of pineapple, peach, mango, bright citrus, and a hint of pine. The can itself features a stunning image of Shore Road with a glimpse of the Inn and ocean views—reflecting the beauty of our coastal surroundings.

At 6.6% ABV, it’s available on tap and in cans at all Chatham Bars Inn restaurants. Brewed in Massachusetts and made just for Chatham Bars Inn, it’s Cape Cod in every sip.

Coastal Encounter Honey Kölsch

Coastal Encounter is a light, crisp Kölsch-style ale brewed exclusively for Chatham Bars Inn with Mayflower Brewing Company in Plymouth, MA. Brewed with honey harvested directly from the hives at Chatham Bars Inn Farm, it features a smooth, slightly sweet flavor with a clean, refreshing finish—perfect for summer sipping. A beautifully illustrated can showcases our historic sign, framed by blooms, fresh produce, and buzzing bees—a nod to our deep connection with the land and sea.
