Pig & Whiskey Farm Dinner (Jefferson’s of Kentucky)
Embrace the crisp fall twilight and wrap up the Farm Dinner season with our magical Greenhouse Dinner Series at Chatham Bars Inn Farm in Brewster. Our culinary team has created four fantastic themed dinners, including two Pig & Whiskey Dinners, a Fall Harvest Wine Dinner and a Mycology (Mushrooms) Wine Dinner, each featuring a unique four-course menu with specially chosen pairings.
This dinner will also be the launch of Chatham Bars Inn Jefferson’s Reserve Single Barrel, featured in the pairings for that evening.
Individual tickets are available for each and dinners will be served family-style in the farm’s largest state-of-the-art glass greenhouse. Remember to bring your favorite sweater to keep you cozy as the sun goes down and the twinkling lights suspended above the dining area in the glass greenhouse begin to shine along with the stars.
Open to the public as well as guests of the Inn, each evening begins with a welcome reception at 5:00pm followed by the four-course dinner at 5:30pm. The dinner will be $150 per person including the four-course dinner, pairings, tax and gratuity.
Reservations are now being accepted and must be made in advance through Eventbrite. Standard Eventbrite fee applies. All cancellations require a 7-day advance notice or will be subject to a 100% charge.
Please note: The greenhouse temperature will be approximately 70 degrees during the dinners.
