Dance Fitness Classes
Join Native Cape Codder, Musician, Dance teacher, and singer Sarah Swain as she leads you through a fun & energizing workout. Enjoy easy to follow choreographed cardio-dance routines set to great music, complemented by stretching, sculpting and toning. Sweat away stress, learn and reinforce basis dance technique while improving your posture, flexibility, cardio, muscle strength and elongation. Stay after class to enjoy, coffee, tea, and pastries. Wear sneakers and comfortable clothing that you can move in.
Open to the public as well as guests and members, this class is $40 per person. Advanced reservations recommended.
