For guests wishing to join us without overnight stay and meals, we would be pleased to offer day passes as part of our Points of YOU program. Cost is $99 per person and are available to purchase at The Spa or by phone at 508-945-6737.

Friday, April 5
5pm – 6:30pm
• Arrival, welcome reception and registration for classes and sign up for treatments

• Ivy Woolf Turk leads “The Pause” with guided meditation of going “in” to discover what it is like to start where you are

Saturday, April 6
• Bootcamp class

• Zumba class

10:30am – 12pm
• “What would you do if you had no fear?” session to recognize when you are missing out on JOY

1pm – 5pm
• One-on-one coaching sessions with Ivy Woolf Turk (extra cost $125 per session, 30 minutes each)
• Soups, Stocks and Broths Cooking Class with the resort’s culinary team (extra cost $55 per person; limited space 12 guests)
• Opportunity to relax or book spa treatments

• Experiential wellness shopping event with cash bar featuring ESPA, Jane Iredale, Beaded Wire, and ZENTS

• Morning Yoga Class

• Beach walk with local fishermen from the Cape Cod Fishermen’s Alliance
