Introducing “STARS Mixology Lounge”
Enjoy an elevated tableside cocktail experience with light fare in one of our individual plush seating areas within the Inn’s signature STARS restaurant. The STARS Mixology Lounge is open daily from 3pm – 9pm on a first come, first served basis and is open to the public as well as guests of the Inn. First week surprise: All guests of the new STARS Mixology Lounge from September 15 through 19 will receive a special treat in celebration of the launch of this new concept.

Friday & Saturday, September 18 and 19 - “Mixology & Match” Weekend at STARS Mixology Lounge
The first weekend of "STARS Mixology Lounge" will be a “Mixology and Match” weekend, featuring a special menu that pairs each of our signature Mixology cocktails with a creative culinary snack.
STARS Mixology Lounge is open daily from 5pm – 9pm on a first come, first served basis and is open to the public as well as guests of the Inn.



Friday & Saturday, September 25 and 26 - Trillium Beer Dinners at The Beach House Grill
We welcome Trillium, a New England farmhouse brewery, to the Beach House Grill for an epic dining experience featuring a welcome reception followed by a 4-course farm-to-table dinner prepared by the talented chefs of Chatham Bars Inn. Each course will be perfectly paired with the finest selections from the Trillium brewery. Reception begins at 5pm followed by dinner at 5:30pm. Open to the public as well as guests of the Inn, pricing is $130 per person, please purchase tickets for you and your entire party as a single purchase through Eventbrite to be seated together. Maximum table size is six per the State of MA and all COVID-19 guidelines will be closely followed. We highly recommend reserving a table at your earliest convenience as the number of tables is extremely limited. Guests must be 21+.

Saturday, October 3 - Pig & Whiskey Dinner at Chatham Bars Inn Farm
Embrace the crisp October twilight and wrap up the Farm season with us at the magical outdoor Pig & Whiskey Dinner outdoors at our Chatham Bars Inn Farm in nearby Brewster. Executive Chef Anthony Cole has created a 4-course dinner with pork highlighted in each course, even dessert! And Master Mixologist Adam Couto will be crafting whiskey cocktails perfectly paired to the meal. At each table, we will host your own “family” of six, whether you invite your actual family or the chosen group of friends you consider family. And remember to bring your favorite sweater to keep you cozy as the sun goes down and the twinkling lights suspended above the dining area begin to shine along with the stars.
Open to the public as well as guests of the Inn, the evening begins with a welcome reception at 4:00pm followed by four-course dinner at 4:30pm. Pricing is $990 per table including a four-course dinner, whiskey cocktails, tax and gratuity. Guests must be 21+.

Friday & Saturday, October 9 and 10 - Harvest Wine Dinners at STARS
Celebrate the flavors of fall at our Harvest Wine Dinner in STARS, our signature restaurant overlooking Chatham Harbor. The tasting menu created by Chef Chris Jenkins will highlight the amazing bounty of our Chatham Bars Inn Farm and our relationships with local fisherman and purveyors. The menu will consist of a four-course plated meal perfectly paired with an amazing selection of wines by Sommelier Dean Iampietro.
Open to the public as well as guests of the Inn, dinner begins at 6pm and pricing is $155 per person. Please purchase tickets for you and your entire party as a single purchase through Eventbrite to be seated together. Maximum table size is six per the State of MA and all COVID-19 guidelines will be closely followed. Saturday & Sunday October 17 and 18 - Veuve Clicquot Champagne & Oyster Tasting at Chatham Bars Inn
Local oysters from six different oyster farms will be served “naked” and also beautifully prepared and presented by our culinary team. And each of the tasting “courses” is paired with a different Veuve Clicquot champagne selected by our sommelier. Open to the public as well as guests of the Inn, the Veuve Clicquot Champagne & Oyster Tasting will be held in our STARS dining room with breathtaking views of the water through floor-to-ceiling windows and will be offered twice daily on Saturday Oct. 17 and Sunday Oct. 18. Choose a session from 1pm to 2:30pm or 3pm to 4:30pm. Tickets are $75 per person (12 oysters paired with 6 different champagne tastings). Guests must be 21+.

In 2019, our Culinary team travelled to New York City to prepare a 5-course meal at the renowned James Beard House. We are recreating the menu that was created for that special occasion and will be offering it exclusively in our STARS restaurant for two evenings. The menu will consist of a six-course plated meal perfectly paired with an amazing selection of wines by Sommelier Dean Iampietro. Open to the public as well as guests of the Inn, there will be a welcome reception at 5:00pm followed by dinner at 5:30pm and pricing is $180 per person.
