Whether you are already an accomplished at-home Chef or someone who has been wanting to sharpen up your gastronomy making skills, join our cooking classes designed for the season. Our classes will take place every Thursday from 6-8pm, cost $55 per person during April and May, $65 per person during June (unless otherwise specified), include tastings and the fully-prepared family-style meal.

April 3 & 4 - Vegetarian Dinner Party


Don’t stress about your next get together and enjoy the spring bounty with an all vegetarian dinner. Learn how to take on a dinner party from start to finish with a starter, entrée complete with dessert.


April 10 & 11 - Easter Pastry


Celebrate Easter with a variety of fresh-baked treats. Here, we will help you master hot cross buns, carrot cake and blackberry cobbler.


April 17 & 18 - Easter (a new take on the holiday)


Celebrate Easter with a variety of fresh, spring produce. Here, we will help you master a few essentials where you can look forward to introducing friends and family to a wonderful Easter meal.


April 25 - Italian


Learn how to create the perfect Italian dinner. Try your hand at different pasta shaping techniques, sauces, salad and dessert too. It will be an unforgettable feast!


May 2 - Cinco de Mayo


Join us for a night of fun and flavor while we create our take on a Cinco De Mayo feast. From fajitas to fresh salsas we will work together to make snacks that are sure to please you. Ending with a family style sit down, this class is a guaranteed great night!


May 9 - Mother's Day Brunch


Come learn how to make a meal to treat the most important woman in your life. Partake in a full crash course on brunch that will leave you ready to tackle any weekend morning meal. From sweet to savory, you will get to indulge in all the classics and leave ready for your turn to host.


May 16 - Hand Rolled Sushi


Try your hand at one of the most popular food trends around. Join in and learn all you need to know to bring out your inner sushi chef. Have the chance to build your own creations then sit down and give them all a taste together.


May 23 - Herbs


Herbs are the secret to flavor, so let us share all of ours with you. Partake in lessons on how to preserve herbs and utilize them in their best light. Work together to create a meal which showcases all of the unique flavors herbs can add to your everyday favorites.


May 30 - Fresh Local Seafood


Try your hand at cooking some of the best of what Cape Cod has to offer. Join in and be a part of a completely seafood focused meal while we utilize all the best of the early spring catches.


June 6 - The Lobster ($85 per person)


Be a part of the class that takes on one of everyone’s favorite crustacean. Together we will create a 3-course feast that will prepare you to take on lobsters in any way. Learn the best tricks and techniques to make all your lobster cooking easy.


June 13 - Father's Day Cookout


Arm yourself with all the knowledge and know-how to make this Father’s Day as amazing as the man you are celebrating. Be a part of preparing and eating the classics and leave with a full belly knowing you can take on any future summer cookouts. Fathers and families alike are welcome!


June 20 - Pasta


Come get your hands dirty and transform eggs and flour to a complete meal. We will transform all raw ingredients into incredible pasta dishes. Whether you like cooking or working with your hands, this class is surely for you.


June 27 - Fourth of July Pies


Nothing says America like the Fourth of July and pies are not to be missed! Come be a part of our class where we will cover pies from dough, to filling, to tasting. Learn all you need to know to make your own pies to add a little extra sweetness to your summer.

Participation Level


All of the classes we offer feature groups preparing one or more dishes, contributing to the whole menu prepared by the entire class. Participants should feel comfortable working within a timeframe and from a recipe guided by the instructor, while also learning about the subject and observing other recipes being prepared. Each class will conclude with tasting of all the dishes.
