Executive Chef Andrew Chadwick works closely with our Chatham Bars Inn Farm to create authentic farm to table and pier to plate experiences. Surrounded by wonderful natural resources we celebrate the bounty of the sea and farm every day. Menus can be customized to suit your group’s particular tastes or needs. Schedule a tour of the farm, the fish pier, an oyster farm or our wine cellar. They will enlighten your curiosity and enliven your taste buds. A variety of private dining areas with both water views and garden views are available for functions.
Waterfront Activities and World Class Boating
Along with miles of readily accessible beaches and pristine coastline, Chatham Bars Inn offers a world class fleet of boats so you can experience (Cape Cod’s coast and Nantucket Sound) at it’s very best. Guests are welcome aboard and ensured a memorable and unique nautical experience. Water experiences include sunset cruises on Pleasant Bay, deep-sea fishing, sailing charters, whale watching, lobstering and seal cruise excursions. A complimentary water shuttle runs daily escorting our guests to the world famous “outer beach”. In addition to offshore boating, we offer kayaks, stand-up-paddle boards, and sunfish for rent right from our beachfront.

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure preferred dates and spaces; however, we welcome short-term inquiries as well.

What size groups can you accommodate?
Our meeting spaces accommodate everything from intimate executive retreats to larger conferences and corporate gatherings, with the ability to host groups from 10 to 300 guests.
Will I be assigned a Conference Services Manager?
Yes. A dedicated Conference Services Manager will be assigned to guide you through every stage of the planning process, ensuring seamless coordination from initial planning through on-site execution.
Do you offer on-site catering for meetings?
Yes. Our creative, award-winning culinary team provides set or customizable menus for meetings, receptions, and special events, including accommodations for various dietary needs.
Is audiovisual equipment available?
