Chatham Bars Inn Cooking School

Thursday - Pasta, Pasta, Pasta!
$85 per person
4pm – 7pm



Whether you are a seasoned pro or just starting out, if you love pasta, this class is for you! Let us teach you how to scratch make and shape pasta to transform any dish from ordinary to restaurant quality extraordinary. Easy to learn and sure to impress, the basics of handmade pasta will help elevate your dishes and eliminate your need for store bought pasta. This class will conclude with a family style meal, prepared by each group, on our outdoor patio.



Friday - Harvest Your Dinner
$95 per person
1pm- 2:30pm to harvest at the farm 3pm-6pm Cooking class at Chatham Bars Inn



Looking to stay on trend with what’s happening in the food world? Come taste the difference of locally sourced food and discover just how much we have to offer. We not only cook farm-to-table but go-farm-to-table too! Join us while we start the class with a visit to our farm and get our hands a little dirty harvesting the freshest ingredients available. Afterwards, we return to the Inn where we will create together our very own farm-to-table, family style dinner from your chosen harvest on our outdoor patio.



Saturday - Catch of the Day
$85 per person
3pm-6pm



Take full advantage of all of Chatham’s fresh seafood. Come try your hand at cooking some of Cape Cod’s very own product. In this class, you will create a feast taking on classic dishes all featuring fresh seafood. Learn new recipes and techniques to help you bring a little bit of Chatham home with you. Family style dinner will conclude the class, prepared by each group, on our outdoor patio.

Participation Level


All of the classes we offer feature groups preparing one or more dishes, contributing to the whole menu prepared by the entire class. Participants should feel comfortable working within a timeframe and from a recipe guided by the instructor, while also learning about the subject and observing other recipes being prepared. Each class will conclude with tasting of all the dishes on our outdoor patio.
