KIDS QUESTIONS

What is there to do for children?

Chatham Bars Inn offers three complimentary children’s programs mid-June through Labor Day. These programs feature morning, afternoon and evening sessions filled with activities that are educational, innovative and fun.

- Beach Buddies: for children ages 4 and up
- Clam Diggers: for children ages 7 and up
- Wash-A-Shores: for children ages 10 and up.

Our teenage guests can enjoy the many activities offered daily by our Activities Staff including biking, boating, tennis, kayaking, beach volleyball, croquet, archery and karaoke.

Children’s activities are also offered over holidays and school vacations.

What age does my child need to be to participate in the children’s programs?
The starting age for Beach Buddies is 4 years old. The program is specifically designed for children over 4. No exceptions can be made.

What activities do you have for children under the age of 4?
We offer many family activities daily during the summer months that younger children can participate in with their parents. These activities include story time, bingo, sand castle building, tiny tot coloring contests, and crafts.

Are there babysitting services available?
Arrangements for a babysitter can be made by contacting Sitter Solutions, an inclusive childcare agency at 508-404-5558. www.sittersolution.com

What is available for Children’s Dining?
Children’s menus, high chairs and booster seats are available in our Main Dining Room and Beach House Grill dining outlets. Our family theme nights at the Beach House Grill are very popular with families during the summer months. Advance reservations are strongly recommended.
