Requirements		The position of dishwasher carries many duties in addition to the actual cleaning of our dishes. The ability to run large machinery for glassware, dishes, and plates is necessary, as well as being able to carry clean dishes to the kitchen racks for food preparation. The environment is warm and fast-paced. Being able to work well in a team setting is extremely important as you will find that you will be working in conjunction with other kitchen staff.

Requirements		The position of Steward Supervisor carries is responsible for the care and cleanliness of the restaurants' china, crystal, sterling, and glassware. It is the responsibility of the Head Steward to oversee the dishwashing area and the attention paid to all of the Stewards that work is that area. You as the Steward Supervisor will be required to be a people-oriented team player who has the ability to guide and manage the dishwashing area of the kitchen. You will be responsible for the orderliness and efficiency of the dishwashing area so great organizational skills and the ability to work in a warm fast-paced environment is necessary.

Much of the responsibility for well maintained rooms belongs to the Housekeepers who understand the importance of a well-kept room and how it affects the stay for the guest. Our goal is to create a living space for guests that will be remembered fondly for years to come.
Requirements		Individuals selected for the position of Housekeeper are people who are dedicated to the overall cleanliness and orderliness of the guest accommodations at Chatham Bars Inn. We are seeking to hire individuals who are motivated, organized, and can work well in a team setting as well as being able to work independently. Being able to meet deadlines and work within a specific time-frame is most important. The responsibilities of the Housekeeper are but not limited to the efficient care of each assigned guest room, the ability to communicate well with guests and employees alike, and to be able to work with cleaning materials in a responsible manner. Flexibility is necessary as your shifts and hours may vary throughout each week.

Job Title		Receiving/Inventory Manager
Description		Chatham Bars Inn is seeking to hire a year-round full-time, Receiving/Inventory Manager.  The Receiving/Inventory Manager will be responsible the supervision of staff and workflow for receiving, requisitions and storeroom activities.  In addition, the manager is responsible for training the staff on proper rotation of product, storage of product, and cleanliness of the storeroom area.  This position reports directly to the Purchasing Manager.
Requirements		Requirements include but are not limited to:  Minimum of one year supervisor experience in a receiving department with perishables, liquor, and basic supplies. Must have valid drivers license. Highly motivated and organized. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to read, write and speak English to communicate effectively with employees and guests.  Ability to multi-task. Knowledge of proper perishable goods rotation and date labeling.  Solid knowledge of health department requirements on cleanliness and storage procedures.
