• The Supervisor must adhere to the store’s merchandising and display standards to ensure that all products are easily accessible, visually appealing, and constantly available.
• Accurate data entry, documentation and tracking are key responsibilities. 
• The Inventory Supervisor will be required to work the sales floor when not processing merchandise.
• Data Entry: enter new SKUs into inventory system, set pricing, produce labels
• Receive & check merchandise deliveries for accuracy, verifying that quantities received match packing lists and invoices
• Ensure goods meet quality standards are met; process manufacturer returns if necessary
• Organize the stock room and ensure that accurate labeling, logical placement, neat arrangement, and cleanliness are maintained. 
• Transfer merchandise from stock room to all outlets: using sales reports & visual inspection determine what needs to be transferred where, physically move the merchandise, stock stores, fill displays, and use software to account for same
• Merchandising: rotate displays, keep the store looking fresh & new
